hi , on my site the forgot password page looks like basic wordpress page why? it should look like my theme page login section only . so kindly do the necessary changes immediately . awaiting reply thanks
Hi, Greetings from InkThemes, I would like to let you know that the we have used the default template for the WordPress Forgot Password page. Only we have made the changes to the login form. Changing the look of the concerned page is not a feature of the theme. However, if you still need the Forgot Password page to be customized, we need to add custom CSS to it, which would be chargeable. Hi, Please note when a client buys a theme right from login- logout - forget pw etc are a part of the theme & style . i also have other site with other developers & there its like that & we are happy , i dint expect that a form for forget password will not be attended or will not be considered a part of your theme which is absolutely strange to hear. However your reply in this regard is too late i did it the same day , i had customers to sign up & hence have done it & resolved it as of now which i will modify later as time permits . Will appreciate if your responses will be more sponteneous on certain critical issue . However you have many points which i have questioned and am still waiting for your solutions & replies kindly lookinto it & resolve, you theme update does not work.2.0.9 i have written but no reply today . ink ad creator - no reply footer style issue - no reply kindly do the needful at the earliest that will be helpful. thanks
