Hi Nurul, I can understand you and would like to inform you that after releasing the latest WordPress version 4.9, some unwanted issues are getting out but you don't need to worry about that. All issues have been fixed now. And regarding your above queries, I would like to tell you that the plugin uses the default email sending function. To change the name in the red box. Instead of Wordpress to say "Imam Nur", it can only be possible through plugin source code customization. This will require some source code manipulation in the theme which is time-consuming and would be done specially for you by our team but there would be some charges. Every other theme that I used I have been able to customise the email name. As for the format of the email, I have tried hotmail,yahoo and gmail all give the same results. I have googled for answers and it seems content type by default is 'text/plain'. Can you please change it to text/html where necessary.
