Formatting in default page

I have poloray theme which I have just updated to the latest version in the hope that my problem would be solved. When I create a page with a full page template all of the formatting on the page is correct but when I change it to the default theme with the sidebar I lose the unordered list (bullet points). Before I updated I lost all of the formatting, headings breaks etc so I am 1 step better but not completely resolved.
