Formatting issues

    I have a couple of questions about the Infoway theme. I haven't used it for a while and now building a site for a client. Unfortunately I can't use it if I can't fix the following issues :

    1. The lead capture form is not properly formatted in full with.

    2. The footer widgets are always shown as a column, not as a row as they should in full with.

    3. The lead capture heading is not working. Nothing happens when I write something there.

    4. Toppinfobar url...I think it would be nice to be able to have a link to a page on my site. As for now it only links to the index page.

    Ok, I found out that I had an old version of the theme. I thought that I would get a message about that as normally but not. This is solved now.
