    Our support staff are online from Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 07:00 (UTC+5:30) and our office is closed on public holidays. We generally provide feedback on technical issues within 24 hours. We are also committed to answering all other inquiries within 48 hours.

    Please Follow The Forum Rules

    The more customers that follow these posting rules, the more organized the forums will be and the better our tech support staff will be able to assist you.
    1. Always start your own thread if you have a problem. Posting your "similar" problems in other people's threads may seem like a good idea, but in the end it just makes things more confusing. It's better to start your own thread and link to another thread if you think that it is relevant.
    2. When you post, please describe in detail the problem and include your URL. If we can't see the problem first hand then we wont be able to diagnose the cause.
    3. If your question has been answered and you no longer require assistance, please let us know by writing below the main thread that your issue had been resolved.
    4. Please do not bump the posts again and again, we will pick all support queries as soon as possible.

    1. Each theme ZIP file comes with a documenation PDF that includes detailed installation instructions.(Documentation PDF available to Pro/Premium Users)
    2. Watch the video tutorials, we had made for some themes. Almost every theme by InkThemes works in a similar way. http://www.youtube.com/user/InkThemes
    3. Disable your plugins, Third party plugins are the most common cause of problems. Before you start a thread, please disable all of your plugins to make sure one is not causing a conflict.

    Definition of Support Service

    Our service includes product installation and configuration, which cover everything required to make sure that all product features are working as advertised.

    We only provide support for our products and respond to inquiries related to our products.

    However, we can’t provide help on extensive modification as our support staff have to prioritize technical inquiries over modification requests.

    I recently purchased Golden Eagle Pro and would to change to the Gommero theme. What is the best way to do this? My url is www.carolyncarpenter.com
