Hello, i'm still testing functionality on my site. I have this question. I have uploaded a few free listings to the site and they have not expired yet but i want to test the "upgrade to premium listing" function by checking the box at the bottom of the creen in the "edit listing" screen. When i do that, the listing reverts to "pending" status in the site admin dashboard screen, but it doesn't allow bring the user to a screen to pay for the upgrade ( as i assumed this would work). Can you please explain to me how this function should work. Thanks.
When an your paid for a particulat listing, You can set the option from theme option for approving by default pending or publish when user paid or submit listing. The option is located in Theme options -> Listing setting -> Free listing or Premium listing.
It's not working the way it should even after i changed the free listing option to publish. Maybe i should rephrase. If a free user has already published a listing, then 2 days laters the user wants to upgrade the listing to premium, they will go to "Edit listing" then click on "upgrade listing to premium listing" at the bottom of the page. But after that nothing happens, there is no window for the user to pay for the upgrade. The listing just goes to "pending status" in the Business listing page.
