Free Subscription option not showing the Business details

When I select premium/paid for the business information shows okay but when selecting Free it is only showing the image. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

 

Hello,

Go to the
Geocraft settings > Custom fields
Edit "Listing Description" field and check "Enable for free listing" option at the bottom.
This option will allow description for free listings.

Thank you, I see where to go and I see the tick box at the bottom. I see a Description Box which is blank but sorry I'm not sure what I should be editing?

Just to add what I would like to do for the Free Listings is provide a image and a telephone number only.

This option will allow phone no. for free listings.

Use same process for every field that you want to show on free listing.

Thank you I have done this now. Another one please I set up a Custom Field for Business Name but it keeps defaulting to Array, I'm unable to display the Business Name I put into the listing. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

I think you are not adding unique "html variable name" which is causing this problem.
So edit your Custom Field for Business Name and add any unique "html variable name".

Thanks Nitesh, I'm not familiar with this so looked it up and tried a few things but whatever I put in the box cancels out the field when viewing the site. Can you guide me on what I should be entering.
