Free version-top feature image not posting

We are using the free version of the Local Business theme and the Top Feature Image shows as a white box. We've sized the image as suggested and tried both jpg and png - nothing works. HELP!

Hey!

Please install a fresh copy of theme in your dashboard.
It will resolve your issue.
But, if won't resolved the issue then send us your website wordpress login details at [email protected].
