Thank you I believe support is resolving the issue for me. I did not realize there was theme setup...I activated the theme after uploading it, (same as with other themes) and then received the error.
Hello, Let me tell you that causes of internal server error in WordPress are due to corrupt .htaccess file and PHP memory limit or due to misalignment of PHP code as well...
