From Free to paid version - where's all the theme option data?

I upgraded to the paid version by downloading the Infoway folder to my local HD, deleting the remote folder and uploading the new paid infoway folder.
In this process all the fields I had filled in were now blank and I really need them back!

Can someone tell me where this data should be held? Is it in the theme folder, or the database and if so, where?
I'd written some great copy for the three feature areas and really need them back!

Firstly install free version of the theme in your WordPress dashboard it recovers your old data, After that follow the link given below for changing themes from lite to premium
