Front End Links Not Working - Premium Ads, Recent, Grid View Etc

    Hi,
    We have now manage to get site working, site was down for a week due to the new wordpress update.

    However, I cannot access the links on the front end which are highlighted pink, recent ads, popular, grid view list view, when you click these links it takes you to the homepage with # on the end of the url see screen shots
