Front Page On/Off

I am belatedly going to upgrade from C'way 3.0 to 3.5.3. Could you please confirm that the Front Page On/Off control is still present in that new version? Thanks.
(Dashboard-->Appearance-->Theme Options-->General Settings-->Front Page On/Off)
