    Hello,

I have checked your dashboard and find that you have accidently removed all php code from front-page.php which caused the issue.

Now, I have fixed your issue:)

    Thank you.

Also could you explain when I opened that particular file (Front-page.php) no code was there. I even checked it on a test site I have and same place no code is there is this something new with wordpress 4.2.2 or with the theme itself?

Thank for your help and resources.

    Hi,

In simple editor available in the dashboard don't have "undo" property that means if you have edited any file and update it once, you will not able "undo" the changes( go back to original state just before changes ).

So, I would like to recommend you to use "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.
You can download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.
After activating this plugin, you will get "Theme Editor" instead of "Editor" in your dashboard and also able to undo the changes made in the files.

    Thanks,
    Praveen
