Galery picture problem

Hi,
I load up picture in galery and looks fine but when klik on one of images
they zoom it,but after that slides of other images goes realy fast,
how can fix this and where?

Go to Js > Custom.js present in your theme directory
and adjust the value of slideshow by increasing the value the slider speed decreases,and by decreasing the value the slider speed increases .

what program I need to open this file.
tray but cant open.
After doit this do I need to upload theme again on hosting?
