Help, my gallery images aren't showing on my website. EG http://www.purepix.co.uk/galleries/wedding-photographer-oxfordshire/ My website is looking in the directory http://www.purepix.co.uk/cloriato/wp-content/uploads/2012/10 but the images are in the directory http://www.purepix.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/10. The cloriato directory is completely empty... should it be? why is my website looking in a different directory? I'm very confused about this as I haven't changed any settings. Thanks

Hello, I have checked your site. But not found any problem in gallery page. I have uploaded an image in your page "Galleries". Via normal process. And it is taking image from correct area. Hello, I have added 3 more images in the page in which you have problem. Please check it. http://www.purepix.co.uk/galleries/wedding-photographer-oxfordshire/ I just followed normal process for adding those images. I appreciate that I may be able to add them all again (there are 4 galleries that are gone), but what happened to them? I can't get to the PC that those pictures are stored on for a few days. In the mean time I've got potential clients going to my website and not being able to view my portfolio because it mysteriously disappeared.
Hello, I can understand your problem. But what is in my hands if all is working fine at your dashboard at the time i have checked it. But yes you can recover all your images. Just go to the page http://www.purepix.co.uk/galleries/wedding-photographer-oxfordshire/ right click and open image in a new tab. After that remove "cloriato/" from the url and go to the link. Then save image.
