Gallery Content Control

Hello,

My website is www.ebandflowyoga.com using GoldenEagle theme.

I have a question regarding image galleries.

When I create a "Page" there is the option to choose the "Page Attribute" and "template." Here is a screenshot from the dashboard:
Here is a closer screenshot of the "Page Attributes" section on the right hand side:


When I choose "Gallery Page" and then publish it chooses random images from my media library without giving me control over specific images and the order of images.

How do I choose the pictures and order?
