i set up a gallery and it has now disappeared? i set up another one but the only way i can make it appear is to set the page to full page width but then i do nto get a slideshow with it. I have followed another thread saying to cut and do not click create gallery but this just leaves the page blank too I create a page choose gallery template media files upload files create gallery insert into page it was there and now it has gone even though the gallery placeholder is present. http://thehobforesthill.co.uk/gallery/ what am i doing wrong please?
Go to your Dashboard > Pages > all pages and edit your gallery page, Then remove code from page editor. Make it blank. Check image for reference. It will activate themes default gallery with slideshow. If not then follow process given below. Create a page choose gallery template media files upload files Cut that window without clicking insert into page button. It will resolve your issue.
as i said in my thread i had tried this as you have explained it in another thread - i didnt work and it hasnt done again all i get is an empty page! the only way i can get any images on that page is to choose full width page and add a gallery form the media but i guess all this is doing is adding the WP gallery and not yours. i would like to use yours and it was there initially for a time then just disappeared. please advise urgently as i want to go live for my customer. regards Martin
