Gallery image descriptions not lining up correctly

Please see the attached screenshot of the test on the gallery image descriptions not lining up correctly and please tell me how it can be fixed.

Please note that there will still be loads of changes. Like the pictures in the gallery are still going to change and more of them will be added.

You can resolve it yourself, All you have to do is just go to Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Options->Styling Option->Custom CSS
field and try to cut paste the given below CSS code there .

margin-top: 7px !important;
}

Oh was also wondering, When you click on the text below the image it takes you to a page where you can comment on the pictures. Is there any way so make it link to the picture itself? like if you click on the image and it opens a bigger picture and you browse the gallery? and disable the comments?
