gallery image links broken?

My image and gallery images don't seem to work right. Based on the demo sites I was expecting all images to open in a lightbox.

Image appear to link to the image file as demonstrated here: http://31806.vws.magma.ca/index.php/about-us/history/ (click on van image)

Gallery images appear to have dead links as demonstrated here: http://31806.vws.magma.ca/index.php/rbc-south-keys/ (click on any image)

How do I have all images (both images and gallery images) appear in the lightbox the way they appear in the demo sites?

 

of interest, if I switch my theme back to BizWay lite the pictures link to the image file no problem. (Still no lightbox, but at least I don't get a server error message.)
Any help?

However my question wasn't related to how to create a gallery. It was a question of broken links.

If you click on the links provided you will see I have already successfully created galleries in my posts. The issue is that once you click on any given image in the gallery it sends you to an error page instead of enlarging the selected image in a lightbox. This issue only happens with the BizWay Pro theme. If I switch the theme back to BizWay Lite, or any other theme for that matter, this issue does not appear. (i.e not making any changes to my posts or galleries at all. Simply changing the theme.) In all of these other themes, if you click on an image in a gallery it links to the image filepath. For this reason it makes believe that there is a problem with theme itself.

Is there a solution to having the images display correctly when clicked on?

 

of further interest I created a second test website using the bizway pro theme, being hosted on a different provider, and tested adding images and adding galleries. I get similar error messages when you click on any of the pictures. See here: http://daverobertsonottawa.com/?p=51

If you click on one of the images you will get an error code like this:

This further suggests that the problem lies with the theme coding.
