gallery image not offering larger view

    My gallery images are not offering the larger view option when I hover over the image. They just stay the same size when I click. It doesn't seem to matter how big or small the image is when I upload it to my media library, they just all appear as the standard gallery size image. How can I get them ot enlarge when clicked?
