Go To Appearance > Theme Option >Slider Setting > Slider Speed

You Found Default Value is 8000

you can increase its value to 9000 or 10000 and your slider speed goes slower

For edit gallery speed you have do some editing in custom.js
for this go to your infowaytheme folder
infowaytheme >> js>custom.js

incease the value of slideshow:3000,

it will slow the gallery speed.
