Gallery will not work after upgrading to pro

I can not get the gallery to work.
I have tried to do the steps as I was told and still nothing,
HELP HELP HELP

Also it says we get members area is this for our website or support?

1) Clicked on Add New Page
2) Chose Template "Gallery Template"
3) Chose "Add Media"
4) Chose "Insert Media" >Upload Files >Select Files
5) After selecting files just cut that window without clicking "Insert into page" button.
6) Update page.

DID NOT HELP
