gap on left side of slider still showing

Hello - I followed the advice in a few previous posts to change the slider effect.

1. I changed the .js file to the 'fade' and
2. I also put in the custom CSS code so that it will left align.

What I found was that when I am logged into my dashboard it works properly. If I log out of my dashboard the fade effect does not move to the next slide and the gap is still showing on the left. I have also checked this is chrome, firefox and explorer. All have the same result.

The solution provided in other threads for removing the gap and changing the effect is working fine, Please do that customization again and after that inform us, So that we will check your issue.
