GeoCraft Business Owner registration

Hi, I just purchased the GeoCraft Theme and am trying to make Wing Chun School directory at http://bestwingchunschools.com/ --- the problem I have and I cannot find why is that is that everytime I click on Sign In, Add Listing in the top bar or Post Your Wing Chun School Here! button --- it goes to my page I created http://bestwingchunschools.com/submit-listing but there is only Sign In form, but not for creating Free User --- it says : User registration is not enabled

I am completely new in this --- did anyone experienced this as well? What should I do?
