GeoCraft - Can't upgrade from V1.6.3 and Footer Widgets missing

1. I can't upgrade our site from V1.6.3. to 1.7.3. it says it upgraded, but it's not.
2. Also, I've lost the Footer area. http://townsville.onlinedirectoryaustralia.com

Go to your dashboard, Activate WordPress default theme (For example "Twenty ten, Twenty twelve"). And delete existing Geocraft theme.
After that upload updated theme that you have downloaded from members area. Your all settings will remain intact.

 

Followed your steps. When I LIVE PREVIEW the newly installed Theme it looks fine, but when I ACTIVATE the theme the website displays blank page. http://townsville.onlinedirectoryaustralia.com/
