geocraft - client dashboard not displaying 'Leads Capture'

We are using your great geocraft theme to build our directory.

I have the latest version of geocraft installed (Version 1.7.0)

Ihave a small problem:

my client can add a (PAID) listing and can log-in
the dashboard displays fine
a few contacts (leads) that have been sent to the client - and have been received via email
BUT
none of the 'leads' display on the dashboards
- how can i fix this?
i have tried to search the forum for the anwer - but cannot find the solution

Got 1 last thing and both my ink themes installations on http://hipster.com.au/ and http://opshop.com.au/ will be perfect.
OpShop uses Classiecraft (downloaded 2 months ago)
Hipster uses GeoCraft (downloaded 1 week ago)

Am receiving lead data -> http://awesomescreenshot.com/06b2seav31 from both, but no -mails when using the contact widgets -> http://awesomescreenshot.com/0762se3l19
Is this server side?
