Geocraft Error with Ioncube?

After updating theme to 1.6.6.

I installed ion cube for a software that i use on my other sites.
Which required me to create a php5.ini with a zend_extension to call the ioncube for php.5.3.14 that im running. Which my Apache hosting is running with Linux to replace the original php.ini.

After i found error i Erased php5.ini uploaded original php.ini with no luck.
Re uploaded php5.ini and Checked my other themes no problem with ion cube or themes work fine no problem at all.

IS GEOCRAFT THEME COMPATIBLE WITH IONCUBE LOADERS?

When using geocraft theme Site and admin panel loads with these errors below.
