Geocraft Export does not contain address

    It seems that the Geocraft export CSV file does not contain the Listing Address.

    I have same problem. I sent in a support request about this over a week ago but still have no answers?

    Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.

    The Geocraft export CSV file does contain the Listing address with the tag 'geo_address'. If you are unable to find it, for once try updating your theme to the latest version from the member's area. If the problem persists, just send us your website WordPress login details at [email protected] along with the thread link.

    Hi Nitin,

    Below is a copy of the email I recieved from Ink 2 times, now over a week ago, but there is still no resolve to this issue. I don't like to provide my personal email on the forum, but you will find it as my Ink Themes Account.
    FYI, I have re-installed theme version 2.07 twice, and downloaded the CSV file, which still has the Addresses missing.

    My export file also does not contain the listing address and am using the latest version 2.07 downloaded this morning. It contains all the other fields, but not the address. This is a bug in the latest 2.07 version. Please update this issue asap.

    Actually the listing address missing was a theme issue, which we have recently resolved in our latest update.

    You are requested to download and install the latest version of the theme from member's area.
    Make sure to have created a backup of your theme files and data before proceeding for updating.

    Thanks for your reply. I am using the latest version, downloaded yesterday and the issue was still occurring. Has there been an update in the last 24 hours and is it still labeled 2.07?

    Just downloaded, installed and exported, and still no address field in the export file.
    Please work with the developers, the issue still exists.

    Actually, this has affected the import function as well. I added the address field into the csv and did a test import and the phone ended up in the website field, the address ended up in the email field and the website ended up in the facebook field. Screenshot included below. Please resolve this asap since I've been waiting for weeks to be able to import listing records waiting for the lastest version to be completed.

    And I did another test import with a previous import csv file and got this result, no import from the phone and website fields, and the address ended up in the 'hours' field. Image attach. Please advise and help resolve.

    That doesn't appear to be the case for me. I've tried this on three different websites all with 2.07 installed and ALL of them have the SAME issue, so doesn't appear to be the website if all three have the issue. Here is the result of an import on the 2nd site. Also, the export file is missing the geo_address field, but I added it into the file to do the import and still have the issue. Here are some screen captures below.

    And just tested on the 3rd site, installed latest version of theme and exported the export file, was missing the geo_address field, I added it and added a sample listing, imported it and got the SAME result on the 3rd site, so it's not my websites - correct? Screen shots of results below. Please advise, Naveen already has the credetials of our main site, but this is happening to all three sites.

    I need to do this soon so this is of interest to me.
    Plugin conflict?
    @tripos I would try deactivating all plugins before export. Then also deactivate all plugins on recipient website before importing. Have you tried this?

    sure thing Azza, tried and makes no difference. The export and import worked fine in previous versions, setup all my existing listing with export and import in 2.05 or 2.06 I believe. Disabling all plugins doesn't affect this at all. They were upgrading the custom fields in v 2.07 and that's what probably messed up the import/export in my observation. Trust they resolve this asap since it's a major problem, can't build out your directory site!

    Thank you for fixing this issue on my website, export csv now contains all the addresses.
