Geocraft white label

Hi, I am attempting to white label this theme and have done so successfully in all but one place.
Can you please advise how I can change the text "Geocraft Pro Theme Options" in the admin settings?
I have been able to change the sub-menus but after a few attempts and re-installations, I am at a loss. Your assistance is appreciated.
