Hi Samoanz, have you unpacked the .zip file? I unpack the information in the zip file into a standard folder then upload it to wp-content >> themes. As soon as it's uploaded I can go into Wordpress and activate. Let me know if this doesn't help.
Follow link given below for uploading Geocraft theme through Wp dashboard. You can also upload theme through FTP. For it unzip theme file into a standard folder then upload it to wp-content > themes.
