The first or left "Home" is was there when I installed template.
The second or right "Home" is a Page I have created myself.
I have also set the "Home" that I created as the default home page.

How do I get rid of the first or left "Home" in my top nav bar?

    Hello,

To solve the 2 Home Pages Issue.

    Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Make sure you dont add a new page named "Home". The Themes comes with its own Home Page and therefore there is no need to Add a "Home" Page. If you have already added the new page named "Home", you need to delete that.

Step 2: Make sure you have your reading settings appear as shown below.

The extra Home would be removed automatically.

I may not have made clear....

I don't wan't the home page that comes with the theme, I want my home page as the new home.
I've already done this, except I selected "A static page" and set the page I created to home.

I want to get rid of the "Home" link in the nav bar that used to lead to the home page that came with the theme.

    Hello,

If you do not want Theme default home page and want to remove it then,

Firstly go to the Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings panel in your dashboard and turn "off" the front page from Front Page On/Off section.

And Then go to the Appearance > Menus panel in your dashboard and remove the home page menu from there as shown in the image given below.

And then create your home page from the Pages > Add New panel
and then set it as a home page from the Setting > Reading Panel.

    This will solve your issue.
