Glyphicon and Social logos appearence problem on non-iDevices

Hello,
We have bought Broadway Shows WordPress Theme. We are only two steps far to publish the http://teatr2strefa.pl website, but these 2 steps seem very difficult for us. The problem:
- if check the website from a win(7-chrome and IE /8.1-Mozilla and IE /10 IE) or ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Mozzila and chrome) system, all the browser shows either chinese symbol or square or precentage icon in the slider intstead of scrolling arrow (glyphicons halflings chevron left and right)
- at the footer section we would like to share our FB and twitter account, but the situation is the same, chinese symbol or empty square shows up at both of the places.
But what is very interesting for us, if we check from an iDevices (iPad, iPhone, etc). it show perfectly both the arrow and the social icons.
Could you help us to fix these or provide an alter solution?
