Going from Lite to Pro on Mac

    I purchased the Pro version of BlackBird but cannot figure out how to implement it on my wordpress site. The site I am referring to is www.gunterbrewer.com. When I download the "blackbirdtheme.zip" link, it becomes a folder and no longer a .zip to upload directly into the Install Themes page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try to zip it and then upload. It worked for me

    Note:
    Upgrading theme from Lite/Free Version of the Theme to Pro/Paid version may cause data lose of your theme option panel.
    To preserve your data, Copy theme options panel data in a text file and once we upload and activate the Pro Theme, again paste it in the theme option panel after upgradation. You dont have to upload the images again, the pasting of the image address would be enough, as shown in (img-4)
