Golden Eagle - Several issues including lost theme options

    1 - My Theme options panel is completely gone.

    2 - When I updated to PHP 7.1 (which I need for other sites) I got a "fatal error" in the simple subscribe plugin. I deactivated the plugin temporarily, but I need it for the subscribe link on the home page to work.

    3 - I'm still trying to find a way to reduce the number of blogs listed under "Consider this..." on the home page center section to 3. This is directly under the subscribe link (see attached image).
