Hi all, Does anyone know if it is possible to add google conversation tracking to the Leads Capture Infoway contact form Widget? I know there are other contact forms available to do this but just wondering it it's possible with the Leads Capture contact form that comes with the theme. Any help / guidance is greatly appreciated. Pat.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.
Thanks for your response Gourav, Is it possible to remove the existing Lead Capture contact form and replace it with a different form. I think Gravity contact forms facilitate Google conversation tracking. Also, is it possible to replace the Lead Capture contact form of the main hime page with other widgets? If this is possible I will include other widget (social etc on the home page) and include a gravity contact form on the contact us page. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Pat.
Hello, 1. Go to the Pages > Add New panel in your dashboard and paste the shortcode of your lead capture plugin in the text editor section. This will solve your contact us page issue. 2. Go to the Appearance > Widgets panel in your dashboard, drag and drop the text widget in the Home Page Right Feature Widget Area and paste the shortcode of your lead capture plugin in the text widget description area. This will solve your home page issue.
Thanks Piyush, So based on your response it is possible to swap out theexisting Lead Capture form on the home paage. Going back to my orignal query around google conversation tracking - If I keep the existing form and create a dedicated thany you page and redirect the form submission to this thank you page and add the google conversation tracking code to this thank you page, will the tracking functionality not work? I have seen this as a suggested approach for other form plugins on Workpress.org. I am interested to know if this will work with the existing lead capture from built into the template.
