Google Maps issue

In some ads a Goole Maps problem arises. Problem is that Google maps does not find the location on the basis of the information provided and shows a random map. It is unclear to me why that happens because the information is practically the same. For instance, if one does not add the housenumber on a street, the problem arises. Can this be fixed?

It seems not critical but, I wonder why the ad creation page is not showing the provinces (states) that are offered as a selection. (scrpt2 ) The button will not show any provincies.

I have tried to log in your dashboard to figure out the issue but not able to access as it shows an error message..
