H1, H2 etc not working

I am trying to get the font size to adjust to H1, H2 etc as needed. It appears the proper font size in the editor but when I view the page the font is Paragraph size not H1. or H2 etc.

I have followed your instructions and edited the header code but it has had no effect.

I also noticed when I updated Wordpress that the text spacing, size etc altered.

Please tell me how to resolve this issue.
