Have images/text load instantly. No fading in.

I have the SEO optimizer fogoo theme.

I have to scroll down to the content and then its very slowly showing/fading in images/text.
How do i just have it load instantly without the fading in?

For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.

You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.

After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.
