Hello, I just re-established my membership, when I try to download the theme files, it shoots me back to the membership page where I came from and says I don't have access or permission? I can download the pdf guides and the psd files go figure, but not the themes themselves??? Please fix my account so I can download the themes I want to start building with, this issue has be stuck at a stand still when I have very limited time to even get the work done.
