Have Squirrel lite- upgraded how to install

    I have paid for the pro version, but lite is already installed and built out on my site, how do I install the upgrade without loosing ALL the work I have done? I am not a techie, so I thought when I clicked and paid it would be obvious, but it's not. Uploading the zip file as a theme on wordpress seems to make me start over.
