how can i change the complete background fpr the header (logo, social icons and search)

Please paste the code given below in Custom CSS section
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

  background: red;
}

Please change background color according to your requirement.
