Header Image Not Displaying

Hello Inktheme,
I tried to use a header image as provided in the Customiser tab but the image seems not displaying.

I would like use an image at the white-background header area and after uploading the image with the recommended size 1000px x 250px, it did not display.

Have you saved changes after selecting the header image by clicking on Save All Changes button at bottom of the page..

If yes and still getting the same error, you would be kindly suggested to reinstall the theme once again and check after that.
