Header issue with Tap to call and Social Media

Hello all,

I am having a problem, we are trying to use the Tap to call and Social media in the header. If I have the tap to call set to "Show" then I get the button as seen below. If I have tap to call set to "Hide" then I see the social media as seen below. How can I get them both in the header?

Download "header.php" file attached and replace it with your current header file.
