Header Page Links to Custom Menu

My goal is to control which pages show up in the header page menu. Right now all pages show up there.

I know how to create custom menus. However, I don't know how to apply the custom menu to the header.

Please let me know how I can do this.

SOLVED. There is drop down menu on right called theme locations. Just select the custom menu from the drop down and click save.

Not sure how I didn't know how to do that already!
