How can I change/replace the default header?

Upload an image and copy its URL and use it in below CSS code in the place of green crossed link.

Paste the code given below in Custom CSS section
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

background: #ffffff url('http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b4/A-Train_satellites.jpg') top center no-repeat;
}

Hello !

Please use 1600px X 300px for better result.
The image is used as background so this is not necessary that image will be responsive on different views.
