Headline text (1 through 6) appears the same size

I can see in the stylesheet that h1 = 24px, h2 = 22px, and so on, with paragraph text being 13px. However, when I try to create variety through headline tags 1-6, for example: <h4>text here</h4> I get no variety. They all appear to be h1.

I'm viewing the PAGE itself, and not just the visual editor. I've tried using the visual editor rather than the html editor and I get the same results.

Go to Appearance > Editor / Style.css

and remove code from line no 1376 as shown in image.



It will resolve your issue.
