Help! How to link the menu to a specific page?

I would like to link my parent menu heading to a page in my drop-down. Have tried researching but no luck.

Thanks for you reply. The URL is working, I have had people having trouble accessing from abroad. Anyway, here is a screenshot and maybe you can help me, through this way.
I would like to either disable the parent heading link on the nav bar or link the parent heading to the first page in the drop down. Example(attached pic). I would like to link parent heading "Our Prep" to the first page in the dropdown "Welcome to Prep".
