Help! How to turn off the footer widgets?

    I have just installed Colorway - seems to be working well save for the fact I cannot remove the 4 footers on the main page (below the testimonials)

    I can see no way of turning these 4 widgets off and if I replace the standard ones (about this theme etc) I am still left with the widgets! All I Want is the sliders and testimonials on my front page with the small footer that holds the copyright info.

    Please help as my site is live and I need to turn these widgets off.

    It's OK - I have discovered if I just add text boxes to the widgets (x4) and leave them blank, the desired effect is achieved i.e. nothing there!!
