Help : Search Bar not working.

Have no plugins
Have removed and created new database twice
Have changed permalinks and they keep breaking

Please fix or help or refund please

I have seen this thread already, the search page is not trashed.

I would like a solution to these 2 problems

1. When i reset the permalinks to default and log out immediately the links work. However if i go to another area of the dashboard the links seem to break
2. The search bar does not work in any instance

Your feedback would be most appreciated, i am at the end of my patience with this theme at present.
