Help Uploading Demo Content

I installed the theme but needs help uploading the demo content. Using the importer it returns an internal server error. I already called the hosting provider and they tried increase the parameters but it still won't work. Please help. Thanks.

I resent the login info via email as requested. It's ok to delete whatever pages were already created. It would guide me more to see the demo content up
